LIMESTONE MOT TYPE 1
Limestone MOT Type 1 is a 40mm to dust crushed limestone sub-base material. It is Ideal as a sub-base for roads, driveways, and paths, when compacted it has excellent load bearing properties.
Application for use: MOT Type 1 is predominantly used to provide a stable sub-base for road surfaces, driveways, footpaths, and general construction purposes. It is also used for concreting applications.
Specification: Type 1 sub-base is a CE Marked product and meets Clause 803 Roads & Bridges Specification.
LIMESTONE CONCRETE/SHARP SAND
An essential component of many construction projects. This is a coarse sand and is commonly used for concrete mixing and for block paving and slab laying applications and screeding. It is typically used to create a strong foundation or base layer and combines coarse and fine particles.
Application for use: It is the ideal sand for concrete mixes. It is also used to provide a smooth surface for areas such as driveways, patios, and paths, it is also used for landscaping and to create mortar for bricklaying and other applications.
Specification: Manufactured to BS EN 12620 Standard.
LIMESTONE – 10mm & 20mm
Clean Limestone available in 10mm and 20mm grades is widely used in building and construction across a variety of applications including ready-mix concrete, road construction and surfacing. It is also used for general garden landscaping.
Application for use: It is the ideal aggregate for all concreting applications. It is also commonly used for drainage and for decorative purposes such as hard-standings, driveways, paths and patios, water features, rockeries, and borders.
